    Important Points

    1. Reservation For Bookings Is Accepted Between 10 AM To 6 PM (IST) On All Working Days. Any Changes In The Request Will Be Considered As Fresh Booking.

    2. Normally Train Tickets Are Purchased With In 6 Working Hours From The Time Of Placing Request. Incase Of Problem With Railway System Or Whenever The Crowd At The Reservation Counters Is Abnormal, The Purchase Of Tickets Will Be Delayed From The Normal Time.

    3. Purchase Of Railway Ticket Is Subject To Availability At The Time Of Execution Of The Booking At The Reservation Counter Of Indian Railways. The Management Will Not Be Able To Assure The Same Position Of Berths/Seats What So Ever You Have Checked At The Time Of Placing The Request.

    4. The Payments For The Tickets Should Be Paid Against Delivery Of The Tickets. Those Who Have Paid Security Deposits Can Make The Payments As Agreed On The Contract.

    5. The Payment Made By Cheque Is Subject To Realisation Only. There Would Be Cheque Return Charges Of Rs 112/- For Return Of Any Cheque. In Case A Cheque Is Dishonoured Only Cash Would Be Accepted For That Transaction.

    6. The Senior Citizens Should Carry The Original Document Of Proof On Age Along With The Confirmed Ticket At The Time Of Travel And Should Be Produced When Asked By A Competent Authority

    7. The Reservation, Cancellation Or Modification Of Bookings/Journey On The Day Of Journey Will Not Be Entertained

    8. Bulk Booking Will Be Done Only Against 100% Advance Payment

    9. Non-Availability Of The Tickets Will Be Intimated To The Customers Through E-Mail/ Telephone. It Is Also Advised To Customers To Get In Touch With Us For Knowing The Status Of Their Reservations In Case Of Not Receiving Any Message From Our Side

    10. The Service Tax Will Be Charged At The Prevailing Rate

    11. An Additional Amount Of 2% Will Be Charged For Payments Made Through Credit/Debit Cards.

    12. The Seat Or Berth (In Case Of Trains) Of Customer’s Choice Will Be Subject To Availability And The Customers Are Advised To Provide Alternate Choices For Quicker Booking Service.

    13. The Customers Must Ensure That The Information Such As Travel Date, Time, Destination Etc. Is Proper At The Time Of Delivery Of Tickets. No Discrepancies Brought To Our Notice Will Be Entertained Thereafter.

    14. Availability Of Any Service Is Based Purely On The Local Conditions

    15. The Tickets Or Any Bookings Or Reservations Are Not Transferable

    16. The Rail/Bus/Air Routes, Tariffs And Other Service Charges Are Liable To Change Without Any Prior Notice.

    17. Bookings Are Done As Per The Data Collected From The Customers. The Customer Will Be Responsible For Any Dispute Arising Out Of Wrong Information Provided By Them.

    18. The Company Rules And Regulations Are Liable To Change From Time To Time Without Any Prior Notice. The Customers Are Bound By The Rules And Regulations Of The Company

    19. The Company Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Bookings Or Other Services

    20. The Customer Will Be Responsible For The Information He/She Provides During phone Reservation Process

    21. The Company Shall Not Be Responsible For The Incidental Changes In The Services Or Compensate For Incidents Arising Due To Natural Vagaries, Act Of God, Regional Disturbances Or Any Incident That Could Affect The Service To The Customer.

    22. All Disputes, If Any, Will Be Subject To The Jurisdiction Of The Courts Of CHENNAI , TAMILNADU Only
